Head Coach
Dale Lanz
This is Dale's first year as Head coach for the Cubs. Dale brings a wealth of experience to the organization having coached 20 years in Medicine Hat Minor Hockey including 10 years with the rep program. Dale played for the Cubs between 1977-1981 winning 3 Championships. He was team captain for two years. Dale is married to Karen. They have a daughter Kortni and a son Brendyn who will be in his third year as a Cub.

Athletic Therapist/Equipment Manager
Doug Dalton
Doug is in his 2nd year as the Cubs Trainer/Equipment Manager. Doug was involved in minor hockey as a coach and trainer for 17 years. His most recent work has been with the Midget AA's and the Jr. B Sun Devils Lacrosse team. Doug is married to Sandie. They have two daughters Kristine and Johanna and one son, Bryan who is in his 2nd season with the Cubs.
